Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Straight To Web website (straighttoweb.com), the Google Ads Management service, lead-generation partnerships, and any other products or services we offer. By using our services or clicking “I agree” on any signup form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. Our services are intended for businesses operating within the United States.

3. Description of services

3.1 Google Ads Management ($99/month)

We provide a managed-Google-Ads service for a flat $99 per month per account. By signing up, you authorize Straight To Web to:

  • Link our Google Ads Manager (MCC) account to yours via Google's standard customer-client link mechanism.
  • Create, modify, pause, and delete campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and budgets in your Google Ads account.
  • Read all performance, conversion, and billing data in your account.
  • Apply automated optimizations (negative keywords, bid adjustments, ad-copy iteration) on a regular cadence.

You pay Google directly for ad spend using the payment method on file in your own Google Ads account. We never charge your card for ad spend, and we never see your Google Ads payment method. The $99 monthly management fee is billed separately via Stripe.

We do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, conversion rates, or returns on ad spend. Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your budget, market conditions, your website's quality, and Google's algorithm changes.

3.2 Lead-generation partnerships ($500–$2,000/month)

We own and operate a portfolio of local-service websites and may offer to forward inbound calls and form submissions from those sites to your business in exchange for a monthly fee. Specific terms (price, exclusivity, lead volume expectations) are set in writing per-partnership at the time of signup.

3.3 Free Google Ads opportunity audits

Our audit reports are generated automatically using publicly available data and third-party APIs. The numbers in any audit (monthly search volume, average cost per click, estimated lead counts) are estimates based on broad assumptions and should not be interpreted as guarantees. We provide audits as a free informational resource; you assume responsibility for any business decisions you make based on them.

4. Your account & responsibilities

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and portal access tokens confidential.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us (business name, address, phone, website, payment information).
  • You're responsible for your own ad budget in Google Ads. We recommend (but do not require) setting daily campaign budgets that match your tolerance for spend.
  • You're responsible for the legality and accuracy of any claims in ads we run on your behalf. We rely on the business information you provide to us. If you make false claims to us, we are not liable for repeating them in your ads.
  • You agree to comply with the Google Ads Policies. Violations can lead to your Google Ads account being suspended by Google; we're not responsible for those suspensions.

5. Fees, billing, and refunds

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance, in US dollars, on a month-to-month basis through Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews each month until you cancel.
  • If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge again per Stripe's standard retry schedule. If the subscription remains unpaid for more than 7 days, we may pause your service and revoke our access to your Google Ads account.
  • No refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your service runs until the end of the current billing period.
  • Promotional pricing may be offered from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, promotional rates apply only to the initial subscription period and revert to standard pricing on renewal.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. The new price takes effect on your next billing cycle after the notice period.

6. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel anytime by emailing dustin@straighttoweb.com or by canceling your subscription via the Stripe billing portal we link from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • We stop billing you immediately for the next cycle.
  • You retain access to your customer portal (read-only) for 30 days.
  • We revoke our Manager (MCC) link to your Google Ads account. Campaigns, keywords, and ads we created remain in your account under your full ownership and control — you can edit, pause, or delete them as you see fit.
  • We may delete your call recordings, transcripts, and performance history per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice if you (a) materially breach these Terms, (b) become more than 14 days past due on payment, (c) engage in illegal activity, (d) ask us to violate Google Ads or Telnyx terms of service, or (e) abuse our staff. We'll refund any unused prepaid time on the unused portion of the cancellation month at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services to advertise illegal goods or services (controlled substances, weapons regulated under federal law, fraud, etc.) or anything that violates Google Ads policy.
  • Misrepresent your business, credentials, or licensing status in any ads we run.
  • Use our services to send unsolicited bulk communication (spam) or run robocall campaigns.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other customers' data, or any third-party platform we integrate with.
  • Resell or sublicense our services without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

Straight To Web's software, website, branding, audit-report templates, and documentation are our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them solely for the purpose of receiving the services you've paid for.

Ad copy, keywords, campaign structures, and landing-page recommendations we create for your account are licensed to you royalty-free for your continued use after cancellation. We may retain anonymized aggregate data (e.g., “our average plumbing CPC nationwide was $X in May 2026”) for our own benchmarking, research, and marketing.

9. Third-party services and disclaimers

Our services rely on third-party platforms including Google Ads, Google Search Console, Stripe, Telnyx, Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare R2, Resend, Anthropic, DataForSEO, Ahrefs, Firecrawl, and others. We are not responsible for outages, billing errors, policy changes, or data loss caused by those third parties.

Our services are provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of results, and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Straight To Web's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in subscription fees in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim (or $99 if you have not yet paid us anything).

In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost ad spend, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Straight To Web harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the services in violation of these Terms, (b) false or misleading information you provided to us, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) ad content you specifically directed us to publish.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County or Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Both parties waive any right to a jury trial. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed order-form or partnership-specific agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Straight To Web.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written permission. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets.
  • Notices. Notices to us must be sent to dustin@straighttoweb.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email address on your account.
